The company recently was contracted to perform concrete work for the Study Hotel at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Powered by Paul McGowan of Hospitality 3, the inaugural Study Hotel premiered at Yale University to high reviews. The hotel concept aims to provide first-class, full-service lodging amenities to Drexel University’s academic community.
The new hotel building will occupy the corner of 33rd and Chestnut Streets, which is in the middle of the area known as University City. With a total of 212 guest rooms, the Study at University City will span 145,000 square feet, with about 7,000 square feet reserved for meetings and banquets.
